My wife and I just received our tax returns back from TAX READY July 30 after waiting since April 101. Our tax preparer did not talk to us about our returns & she just sent them in the mail.
When we looked at what they came up with for a return, it totaled 800.00 from city and state. They charged us 900.00 to prepare our taxes promising that they would save us 4,000 dollars or they would refund our money. However, our tax preparer did not offer the refund when she knew they failed.
The sorry thing about this is that 102.7 a Christian radio station out of Colorado Springs, Colorado took their advertising money and let it rip for Tax Ready only adding a disclaimer as to their credibility. (Try not trusting local Christian radio station's advertisers — they can rip you off just as well.) We are in the process of finding out if Tax Ready will keep our tax return and then some or refund it to us because if they don't they stole our tax return.
