Charges on my Target Credit Card

There are charges on my Target card from AP9Yoursavingsclub-V, and Credit Watch Services. I did not ask for these charges which amount to $1.00, $12,00 and $29.95. I cannot find out why or what these charges are for. I absolutely will not pay them. Can you help me?
