$2,500, 000.00 cash disbursement now pending... Deadlines enforced

I received this letter telling me of my winnings, and that i would need to send $20.00 for processing and report fee. It also said that the total had been verified and documented and scheduled for be disbursed by a third party benefactor. Of course I did not send money, but i am sure a good many people have. These con artist need to be stopped.
