I have been trying to receive my money back from this so-called Global Financial company for a long time. I have done all the steps needed in receiving a credit back to my account, and every single time I call them they have some problem at the moment why they cannot handle my account. Whether it's because their manager is not in or their systems are down. I have been due a refund for several months now and have yet to receive it. Can someone Please help me report this to the BBB or local news or something!!!
