This company has taken my money also, $695. They charged by debit card even though I had not yet signed the written authorization they were sending me. They sent me a packet to fill out and send back regarding a deed in lieu for our house. After reviewing the packet and discussing with my wife we decided not to use their service as we rushed into this. They said we could do a deed in lieu but we felt it was not the right time to try it. They refused to refund our money and claimed we were using their generic paperwork to do it ourselves.
Beware of this company, do not use them. There are free organizations that can help you. These people prey on those in need and send you generic documents and claim they are doing all this research. They say they will refund your money but will not. First they will claim it will take up to 90 just to decide on a refund and when you complain about it they say they will not issue a refund. They are con artists.
