Ripoff - ripped off and scammed

I was promised a credit card with a limit of 2,500.00 for a 298.00 fee. The card was to arrive with-in ten days of the fee payment.

The money was taken from my account. I called the customer service number 800-704-9552 and got only a recording. I never received the credit card and was never able to reach anyone at the phone number given.
