Once you view your credit reports, the company AUTOMATICALLY, WITHOUT your consent or request sends dispute letters to all your negative creditors. Your Credit Card is then charged $7.00 per item. This is NOT DISCLOSED in the initial sign up it only discloses the fees as applying if a dispute is done by your request.
The claim is that the company sends you an email after you sign up disclosing the automatic charges. They further state that the email discloses you have five days to contact them to prevent charges and credit disputes going out. This is not true. Contacting the company is useless for assistance. On December 16, we verified this company has not complied with State registration requirements for their industry, or posted the required $100,000 bond as required under the California Credit Services Act. Companies advertising that they can improve credit are required to register. Even if the company is registered, it is unlawful to collect payment prior to providing credit improvement services. This company is reportedly falsely representing they are BBB members on their internet site. The company is NOT a member of the Bureau.
