The company offered a loan of $5000 and took $750 from me as a downpayment

This company offered a loan for $5000 with a deposit of $750. I sent the money and they contacted me stating they needed another $750 deposit. I told them i would get back to them about it. I was told by David Burke that he would send me the paperwork for a refund if I did not want to continue with the loan.

I have since tried to call him back to cancel the loan and all I get is an automated voice saying "GOODBYE".

I have also tried to reach Robert McCaul with the same results, "GOODBYE"!!
