We'd recommend customers to prevent 5/3 bank-like the Trouble! My partner and that I were evaluated $640 in facility costs from 2/24/09 - 3/11/09, which 5/3 taken off our consideration. Listed here is the tale: undoubtedly, we were not maintaining as close a watch on our balance once we must have, because we were outoftown. 5/3 evaluated a charge between $25 and $37 each time our consideration was overdrawn (several times, the consideration was overdrawn by $2 and 5/3 evaluated a $37 charge every time). Whenever we delivered from our journey, my partner transferred several hundred bucks into our consideration to protect the facility. Because the excessive facility costs from 5/3 were sudden ($330 in one single evening), he didn't consider these into consideration. Hence, when 5/3 eliminated the costs from our consideration, THEY CAUSED YOUR ACCOUNT TO BECOME OVERDRAWN AGAIN. My husband transferred more income to protect the overdrafts, and 5/3 extended to evaluate costs that they might eliminate from our consideration, EVOKING THE ACCOUNT TO BECOME CONSTANTLY OVERDRAWN. Moreover, we weren't informed of the costs for many times, which resulted in being overdrawn again. My partner thinks this LEGALIZED EXTORTION. We've been 5/3 clients since but are final our 5/3 balances and getting our cash to Chase Bank instead.
