States i have been approved for a $4000.00 loan but have to send $470.00 up front via western union for insurance policy jamaica

This company is on line and offers loans to those with bad credit but then ask for you to send money up front via wester union when they recieve the money they do not send no loan they take off with peoples money do not fall for this scam never send money up front.
