They're scammers! I settled Treatment One/Persels for over annually. They did nothing, but gather appropriate costs from me and not discussed with my lenders. They explained these were a charitable corporation. It cost me $100 to begin their program, high legal costs without any illustration, and its own $150.00 to obtain out-of their program.
