This is actually the third-time I'm attempting to contact you. You people charged me for another month and didn't approve another month, there for you personally took cash from my bill. I'd like my cash delivered by 3/6/09 or i will give this information to my attorney and they will have to deal with this. Please return all my cash so we don't need to consider further activity.
