Problem Number 1: While my first XM strategy ended, the charge card I employed was charged without my permission or understanding.
Problem Number 2: After I terminated the program to get a car I no further possessed, XM never returned the prepaid quantity. Alternatively, XM did stop the support for that next automobile about the strategy that was likewise prepaid, never refunding that quantity.
Problem # 3: After I named many times to solve the problem, I'm informed possibly "there is nothing we are able to do" or "you had been delivered a reimbursement" but no more information-such as once the refund was presumably delivered or perhaps a check quantity or any charge card refund information.
