On Feb. 17th I checked my account balance before paying some bills. I noticed that a withdrawal had been made by IDS Grants. I called the number that appeared next to the name (866-702-6834) and spoke to some lady who said I would receive two emails regarding the matter. The following day I checked and no emails. I called again and spoke with a man. I told him about my firt call and he said I needed to get in touch with their support team and gave me an email address of [email protected]. This turned out to be an invalid address. I notified my credit union of what happened and then started looking to see if I could find an address of the scam company, but no luck yet. So I am filing a complaint wherever I can, including government agencies.
