Contacted Oceanview to help modify my home loans. They stated they could settle within a 3 month period and not to pay on current mortages until settlement is made. The 1st month they contacted on a weekly basis, but each time a different person was handling my case due to the one loan company no answering their calls, according to their statements. It has been 2 months since I have heard from anyone and no one returns my calls. Now, they have changed their phone number and found the last person I spoke to regarding my account on their directory and have left several messages regarding the urgent need to call me. As to-date, no one has returned my call. Need answers on what I should do.
