I live in ohio and we are going under a forced sale by equicredit.
Seems strange since fairbanks capital is supossed to hold the note to our home.
I have lived in this home for over 23 years. I have filed a report with the ohio attorney generals office, emailed hud, senators, news stations trying to see if someone can help us.
We need to get a sese and desist order.
I was injured at my job, no longer able to work with my lower back condition and i have no use of my right hand.
We did a chapter 7 bankrupcy it was discharged in aug. Of 2002.
We have tried working with fairbanks from day one. They wouldn't even talk at all.
We have tried to make payments they won't accept any.
Just another way to say we are in default.
Fairbanks has forced the so called insurance on our home, charged unjustified lates fees, some other type of fees we don't know what they are for. They proably don't even know.
Even some type of fees to say they checked our home to see if it was being lived in.
Funny we never saw them here nor heard them at our door.
Oh but i bet they was here right!!!
Just like the monthly statements are mailed out.
Coh and the other letters they say they are going to mail but never seem to get here. I thought we had such a great mail system.
Just there mail gets lost right!!!
As far as the customer service well i haven't had any yet. Not going to hold my breath!!!
This company needs to be stopped and stopped now. There are far to many people lives being ripped up by this so called corp. What has to happen for this to end.
I have seen a few fairbanks so called employees answer letters on this web site.
Well for them i am very suprised you can read let alone type, or even turn a computer on. The one thing you seem to do at work is turn on a answering machine and screen calls.
Oh an lie your great at that.
What are you going to do when the s... Hits the fan so to speak?
It will believe me. Maybe not in time to help me and my family but some day it will.
I myself pray that each and everyone of you can run like h... And hopefully wake up an do the right thing.
Help a fellow human being instead of cheating them.
There is peace with god if you just talk to him. You must be getting rather tired of not being able to sleep when you lay you head down at night.
God willing this will work out!!!
