Wrongful Attempts to Collect

This agency simply will not stop harassing me, and I owe no money to the company they claim. I am barraged by phone calls at all hours, almost daily, and may have to change my number. They do not respond to mail sent to the only address their letters provide.
I think they are waiting for me to pay them just to be left alone. (But that is not going to happen!)
