Age, Shelf Or Shell Ripp Off ask for money and referrals and NO delivery, No Company, No line of Credit, and no Money

This company and his executives ask for impossibles, we send a total of $42,500.00 a good amount for 2 Aged companies, we never received any articles of incorporations, we don't really know if we own the companies, at the same time, they promess with a 98% of security that we will have Lines of credit to the companies, and nothing has happen yet, not even the money invested in from any Line fo Credit. At this point the VP of marketing is not answering calls, nor emails.

We have been put with someone in the company that has no awareness of our file, and how evertyhing should work in regards to my company or my clients. They also ask me for referrals and they were harrased by them, indicating that they were going to separated this aged companies for them only, without proper commitment for any of the clients.

In now days $42,500.00 is alot of money especailly if all that you want is to move foward with your company.
If you want to go and play in Las Vegas this is your company.

I am going to play with my attorneys and see if I can make my money back.
