My name is towanda bailey and i live in los angeles california. I was looking to rebuild my credit, by receiving a fruadulent letter in the mail saying that i was already approved for a platinum credit card, i thought that this was my chance to do so.
I sent in the $49.00 like the letter said for rush delivery. It has been almost 2 weeks now from this day 03-26-03 and i have not yet received my phone. Now unless there is a new policy, i thoght rush delivery was 3 to 5 days. I just want my money. Back can you help me and what additional steps do i need to take?
