Ok, so I saw an ad online for a 'free' trial of Tri Slim and all you have to do is pay for shipping right? Sounds like a good deal huh? WRONG!!! This company is a bunch of scam artists. Without my knowledge they charged my account multiple times first with $16 and then $150. I called the company when I saw these charges on my account and first they said they can only give me 50% of my money back because I waited 15 days after the free trial. I didn't even know I signed up for a subscription, and they started charging my bank account without my permission. This should be illegal and I have no idea why they are allowed to get away with this. After arguing with the lady who could hardly speak english she told me ok well I can give you 90% back. Why 90%??? Then she told me when the 3 bottles arrive in the mail to keep them. Then she changed her mind and said to send them back... So unprofessional. So now I have to pay for return shipping also I asked her and she said yes. So I talked to her supervisor and she was just as unprofessional as the other lady and not helpful at all.
-WARNING - to anyone who tries this product. Don't. Unless you have so much money you like people to rob you blind. Then go for it..
