I had been dismissed couple of days before, wells fargo claimend that i didn't follow process after I corrected a charge to wells fargo worker, I had been marketed to associate department supervisor and that I was informed that it had been section of my work looking after client and handle workers as clients also. I had been never delivered to managemen traininig, never got the various tools to complete my work; I had been meeting with a human-resource advisor and he or she recomended no firing do to she observed I had been not educated properly also it wasn't my purpose to break any organization plan. Following the time consutant returned to her workplace, the time supervisor determined that I ought to get finished anyway.
