Asically it can be summed up like this. Some payments i made were sent through late; i was unaware of this. Due to this process, their was foreclosure procedure... I was forced to pay several thousands of dollars over a period of time.in addition, they tacked on legal fees.
As of this date, i do have my house but my credit was damaged as well as my payments increased.
I also wrote them to ask for refinacing, to this date, i've had no reply.
