I am also a victim of JK harris, I payed 6,400 to prepare back income taxes, and OIC that was in 05 it is now 09 I told them my income was 65,000 yr. She told me that i qualify for an OIC. That was a flatout lie. My tax debt in 05 was 18,000 in 08 my debt was 59,000. Offer was denied in feb, 08. JK harris in feb 08 sad they would appeal the rejection. It would be 4 to 5 months. It is now feb, 09. I heard nothing. I an no closer to a settlement then i was in may 05
