Complaint / Review
Oceanview Investment Services, Corp, Oceanview Equity. Anthony Petrucci
Pres. I will Take You Down!

If you think you are a victim of foreclosure rescue scam call the Attorney General's Office at 866-966-7226 or go on line to http://myfloridalegal.com. This is in all the newspaper in Florida. Call, they already know about Anthony Petrucci and his company, Oceanview Investments Services, Corp.

Also go to bbbsoutheastflorida.org, their rating when from a "A" to a "D" and look on the left side of page under "BBB Comments and Analysis". The BBB has been advised by "Anthony Petrucci of Oceanview Investments that they are no longer accepting new cleints and will be closing their business". If you are still a current client seeking assistance they ask you contact them by calling 977-528-9111. They also have 42 complaints.

Or go to their website, it is closed, Oceanviewequity.com. Type in Anthony Petrucci on web search, it will take you to all kinds of sites for him and his company. I am going on each and every one and giving them public information about this company. They can judge for themseleves if they want Anthony Petrucci and his companies on their sites. So far most of them don't.

Then go on line to Florida Office Finacial Regulations, click on contact info: Compliance and Licensing 800-848-3792 to file a complaint. His licensing number is on his BBB report, that he put there himself when he signed up. Companies like this can only be in business if they have a license.

All of this information is public. I did do business with this company and I have no words for them. The only way to deal with people like this is go right for the throat. If they want to be in business, they have to do it legal and the right way. I will not stand by and let this company get away with deception. Their predatory behavior on desperate people is unacceptable. They passed a law in Florida on Oct. 1 about people like this.

They know who I am. And they will remember what I did and said. But they will start another business and go on with their lives. But I will be watching these guys really close. Florida isn't big enough for them to hide.
