Poor Customer Service about our Dispute

Bad Customer Support from GE Money Lender,

We choose for Tweeters per cent fascination for 12 weeks and were left with GE Money Lender for that Charge Card. Tweeter has since claimed bankruptcy. We bought our Television on September 10 and choose a warranty for 5 years for 374.49 (including duty) which we NEVER Do... While Tweeter filed bankruptcy these were compensated from GE Money Lender for that Warranty but Tweeter didn't bother to pay for Support Internet. We'd named and discovered they quit using the services of Tweeter July 14. Sooooooo on our charge card we've a cost and put in challenge. Everytime we contact we're provided another solution how long the challenge will require. Nowadays 1/14 spoke to Jose and that I requested to keep in touch with his boss and was informed which was difficult and he hung-up on me.

I don't determine what is really challenging about that challenge. Its a charge card and also the organization didn't spend the Next party Support Internet. I suppose I'm used-to coping with American Express. They're wonderful and customer support is wonderful likewise.

Does anybody have any suggestions or another person I will Contact?
