Based on fraud... To obtain the fee requested and people information

I recieved a letter in mail talling me i been pre-aprovedfor $10,000 and i need only to send $39,00 fees to recieve the card, also my information was needed so i had to fill out a form with the typical info the credit cards ask for upon applying for a card and so i filled it out. Unfortunatly i just found out that all this was fraud and hope to recieve some help in that issue...
