We dealt with a man named VINESH KUMAR AKA ("V") a "Foreclosure Prevention Specialist" located at 17755 US HWY 19 North Suita 300, Clearwater, FL 33764. He claimed hos company could save my home and it was 100% guaranted. So we went for it. He quoted $1500 at first but said where it was a rush they owuld need an additional $1000. They agreed to take $1000 up front an dthe rest later. So we sent the $1000 via Money Gram. Then they sent our "plan" which was done by a Tyra Pickett located at 11006 Rushmore Hall, Charlotte, NC 28277, [email protected]
She got all out information came up with a 'Plan" and sent it to use to sign. We did. But then the "plan" changed and it was for the better. So we where told to send in the first mortage payment either certified or Bank wire Transfer... We did the wire transfer and it was DAYS before the sale date. Tyra was suspose to send the "New Loan" via UPS or Fedex and we where to return to the loan company the same way or fax. We never recieved it. And because the new agreement was not recieved and signed by us the loan company sent back the money and the home went back into forclosure.in the midst of all this before we knew the loan company sent back the money a man name Bryan Taylor, [email protected] emailed me and said they needed the other $1000. I told him we had not heard from Tyra if the loan company recieved our money and she said she woudl get back to us. He said he woudl contact Tyra. Not sure if he did but then I recieved another email from this Bryan Taylor and he said, and I quote "
Mary,
As it turns out, your payment from Canada was late in getting to your lender and the special forbearance agreement was broken with your lender. My mitigation department has reworked the plan, but they are telling me they will not put it into effect until your balance to us is paid in full. Please reply with an updated payment plan so we can finish this process.

NONE OF THIS IS TRUE... The payment was sent from the USA not Canada and it was done via wire transfer from a US bank and was done 4 days before it was due. When I told him this and said we sent in the wire transfer form with the date on it to Trya he said he would look into it. Then he emails back and says they need teh rest of the money and this is when we found out from the loan company why they sent back the money. It was because this Tyra did not send us the new loan papers... AT ALL!!!
So we emailed AND called Tyra, no return... So we emailed AND called this Bryan... No returns. We waited WEEKS and tried again... No returns. We then started leaving messages we want our money back as per their money back guarante that clearly states that if they make a mistake they will refund the money. When we pointed this out to them... Still no contact from anyone. We have left our last voice mails yesterday, Dec 2 and I even left a voice mail to the first person I spoke with and HE will NOT even return a call.
They ARE a scam and dishonest and need to be STOPPED!!! If there is some sort of legal claims being sough I would like to know by whom and how to get in on it. From what I read there are ALOT of people effected by them and alot of money put out and nothing done.
