Washington Mutual holds my deposit for more than 14 days. I deposit an institution check (from my brokerage account), two weeks ago on saturday, until today, it is still on hold, even though the money has long been with the bank. Their risk department "opinion" is very subjective... Is it legal or any part of the law that subject to interpretation?
