Debited 9.62 from my bank acct w / my knowledge or premission on 10/30/08 None Available

I went online to view my bank account on 10/30/08 and found a debit of 9.62 from NETT. I called my bank to dispute the charge, they are doing so. There was an 800 number next to the name NETT on my statement, I googled it and many have had the same experiance but cannot get any information of who this company is. I called the 800 number that is harrassing so many, some say on other blogs it is a collection agency BUT the 800 number is no longer in service when I dialed it this morning. I have found a common thread in all of this... Washington Mutual Bank! I am now having to close my acct and move to another banking institution. If anyone knows who NETT really is, pls reply immediatly and with a viable phone number for them!
