I didn't feel comfortable with this company about three months into the program so I canceled my contract. As in my contract I lost out on my first two payments for "administative fees". Fine I messed up I agree regretfully to pay them $400.00 for my stupidity.
Now they want to keep another $150.00 for the "coaching program" service that I didn't use. They tell me it is a non-refundable fee that is stated in the contract that I signed. I have a copy of this contract and no where is this stated. They are just a lazy, greedy company that want me to pay outlandish fees for services that were never rendered.
They owe me $180.00
