Tax Masters is a rip off nor do they know how to treat their employees unless you are a salesman (tax consultant). That is a crock of shit (excuse my language).
Consumers be aware, don't flush your money away. Don't believe them when they can solve your problems in 72 hours or 30 days, they can't. Patrick Cox focus on hire more salesmen to get the revenue, but not operation employees to do the work. Don't blame operations, they are overwork and it is vitually impossible to do all that damn work. They are overworked and underpaid. The so called tax consultant sell you lies.
