Received letter on Friday Oct 17th advising that I have won 715410 in Spanish Lottery and requesting me to contact 'Quan Bogoz, Foreign Ops Manager, Bumilla Groupo Seguras Espana' Tel 34 685 246119 and fax no 34 911 817615.
10% 0f my winnings to go to the Bumilla group.
Will not be making contact but just wanted to advise that the letter is very convincing (although not printed on proper letter headed paper) and also has a stamp from the national Commision for lotteries in Madrid and signed by the Vice President, Jose Antonio Mario
