This company is nothing but scam artist. They offer a low introductory rate, then once you have a balance, they raise the rate. They raised my rate from 7.99% in June to 34.99% in May. I have never been late with one payment and generally always paid more than the minimum amount.
When you call them, they will not give a specific reason for raising your rate. Just a bunch of generalities.
Stay as far away from this company as possible.
