Preferred merchants account ripoff promise major credit card 2,500 false promises

They call late one night. I was promise a major credit card worth 2,500 dollars. They talk fast. I gave them my bank account number, after i did i told them, i change my mine. They told me they woulnt take out the money till i told them it was ok. They took out the money on december 17. And i just got the card and catalogs today, january 21.
