Seeking victims of bank of america's
practice of charging "overdraft" fees!

So far, Bank of Americ'a customers appear to just whine and complain. I am convinced that, if properly organized, customers who feel victimized by the infamous BoA's practice of charging "overdraft" fees have a legitimate case.

Judging by the number of posts on various consumer-related sites, there are countless thousands of us across the country and there is no attorney / law firm in his / her / its right mind who would not take such case when presented with a number of potential participants, the magnitutde of the problem, and supporting documentation.
