Attempting to collect a paid debty from 1992 columbus, oh

This company is trying to collect a debt from what I remember is a paid-off store credit card account from 1992. The amount is only $182 but I don't like getting ripped off. Of course, I don't have any records from 1992 - who keeps them that long. I am getting ready to write my dispute letter with copies to both the FL and OH Attorneys General and the BBB in both states.

I am interested in hearing if anyone else has had this experience and suggestions or feedback on how you resolved your issue.
