Thank you consumer complaints for being here for all of us. I too recieved the "promising letter", but thanks to this great website and all of the other reports I read. I instantly tore up my certificate for the all too good $5000,0% APR for 12 months.

I hope that this report reached everyone else who recieves this bogus letter.
Remember... If it seems to good to be true. It is!
