Efund of monies taken from my account in erro

I requested a pay day loan and was billed 31.98 in mistake, since I didn't get the mortgage or request idtheft safety after I completed the applying. Used to do not really complete the process for that application procedure. It has occurred several period and that I would really like a complete reimbursement of the funds which were drawn in problem.
