This company took money from a checking account that my mother and i share without our consent, $300.00 plue $31.99 for ID theft we never order services from them, want our money put back! And there phone number is disconnected Nationwide

Money and more went into a account that my mother and i have and took $300.00 plus $31.99 for id theft. We never order thier services and what was taken niether of us consented to what they did. We don't even know how they got our info. To do this in the first place. I called informatiopn to get thier phone number, when i called it was disconnected. There is no address or phone number on there web page.
