Same story just a different person. I never agree to add-on sales when I buy things over the phone so I know that I didn't agree to this one but American Leisure and EZ-saver (same company) has been charging my credit card $16.95 each per month since August. Their website to cancel and their telephone you can never get through so you are stuck with these charges until you can get your bank or credit company to step in and help but they will usually only go back so many months.
If you do finally get through to the company yourself, they without question offer to give you a partial refund but if you want a full refund and proof that you signed up for the services they put you through an ever lasting process and you never hear from them again as well as loose your ability to get the partial refund. The bad thing is you don't even know what these services are for or how you got them. Why have they not been stopped with so many complaints against them? Help!
