Washington Mutual
Moving my Funds without notice or authorization

I just Recently moved and when I did I ran into some unforseen expenses. These expenses caused both or my checking accounts to be over-drawn. I have free checking which means for ever over-draft fee it's $33.00. Having just started a new job I was only able to get one account back into the positive. I had it up to $1000.00 and the other was at rought -$400.00.

Having my own expenses (cell phone, diapers, health insurance, food, etc.) I planned to leave the one account in the negative until I got paid in another two weeks and then bring it up to positive. However, Washington Mutual had another idea. They continued to charge the negative account 33.00 (digging the hole deeper) which I expected to pay off until they took the funds from my positive account and transfered all but $25.00 to bring the negative account balance to $0.00.

Then they charged me another $33.00 for "Insuficient funds" bringing the account BACK into the negative. Like I stated earlier I was planning on paying off the negative when I got paid because I am the sole provider for a family of three and have other expenses. I know the overdrafting was my fault but transfering all my funds withut notice or authorization is what is really making me mad here.

To further that point they also said they would call me back and never did. Next time I get paid I'm planning on paying off any negative balance and taking my buisness somewhere else. Until then I've transfered all the money the transfered back and plan on taking it all out in cash tonight.
