After I named the organization they stated I requested 2 reviews which was exactly what the charge was for plus they definitely couldn't return the cost. I requested to talk to a boss and also the woman asked me "what would you like to talk to a boss for? She eventually stated she'd move me but, obviously, I had been stop. I'll keep in touch with my lender about that unauthorized cost to my bill. Personally I think their exercise is completely shady!!
