Hillary Koster, Owner of Tax Appeal Express is a rip-off artist! She talked a good story and made me think she knows what she's doing and that she could help. Nothing could have been further from the truth! Once she took my money, she never returned my calls. She offered a guarantee but it is only good if she files AND goes to a hearing. If there's no hearing or if she doesn't go, you can't get your money back. And once you pay, you can't cancel. That's where she gets you! You have no idea she is a scam until after you pay and she stops returning calls. What a rip off!
