I had an unpaid civil judgement on my credit report so I contacted the company to pay in full. I paid over 800.00 more than what was due to get it satisfied on my credit report and come to find out after many months of trying to get it corrected on any of our credit reports that both Patricio Esquivel and Frederick Dias filed court cases on the same case in both the civil courts and the Justice courts. I had been told over and over again that a paid in full letter would be sent to me but it's been almost a year now and 4 or more requests later but still no paid in full letter. I do not know what to do to get these off my and my husbands credit reports but this is illegal as heck I'm sure. The amount due was 1006.68 and I paid 1804.00 in December and now it is July and I still cannot get this fixed. This was in Phoenix Arizona but we have now moved to Colorado.
