Ripoff Good talker - very persistant - does not take no for an answer & too personal

Imperial Consumer Survices were calling me everyday for at least two weeks. I finally took the time to listen to what they had to say. Mike Johnson was the individual I was speeking with.

Mike, would not take no for an anwser and, was very persistant with me. We spoke for at least an half hour on phone.
Mike said, it would rebuild my credit after eight months.

Mike finally told me I would have to pay $250.00 up front directly out of my checking account. Finally when I never recieved my credit card for two months I got really suspicious. I called my bank and had them cancel everything.
