First, I am very thankful I decided to check this company out here before I did send them any money. I found another report on Texas Check Processors that was almost exactly the same as mine.
I received a letter from Texas Check Processors stating that my wife had three NSF checks that needed to be paid or they would be issuing warrants tomorrow.
So, of course I called and spoke to investigator Hill (same name as in last report). He told me that there were three NSF items to a pizza place and a grocery store. He could not give me the name of any of these business. Funny, considering they claim they have the ORIGINAL checks.
Now, I am aware that my wife does already have a warrant for three checks very similar to this and we have already spoken to the courthouse about what needs to be paid. What struck me funny was he was calling about three checks that are ALREADY filed in Harris County. When I mentioned that he said no these were different checks. Guess what... They WERE the same checks.
I found this report on here and that person had actually sent them the money... Annnd. NEVER received their original checks back. They even have called Investigator Hill back and he said they were going to recieve them and still haven't.
So, I called Mr. Hill back and advised him the same three checks he was discussing are already filed and I am aware of them... To which he got a little upset and said no they weren't. At that time I advised him that his company was already reported to usacomplaints.com as being fraudulent to which he replied that Oh he already knew that. I just hung up.
I am sure I would have sent this money. Never received the checks... And still had it showing through Harris County that the checks were never paid.
Now, if I was a legitimate business owner and KNEW I was on a website with a fraud report I for sure would at least file a rebuttal rather than sound amused and almost proud that yea, I already know I'm on there.
