WAMU is not customer friendly

I've had a credit card with these guys for about ten years never been late once. My limit was $11,200.00. I forgot to make the annunal payment on time. I noticied it 37 days after it was due and paid the annnual renewal fee plus late fees. They turned mye into the three credit agengies as late my credit score droped from 719 to 684 on one and down to 660 on another. The bitch is that I had a zero balance on the card before the renewal fee. Then to add insult to injury they dropped my credit line from $11,200.00 to $250.00. That card is basically useless now. My truck cost $150.00 to fill it up so that will not even buy two takns of gas. These guys have really pissed me off. I've a mortgae with them and home equity line of credit with them and another credit card with them. I's so pissed I want to drop them for all of my banking but I don't think I can now because my credit scored dropped by more than 50 points. They are not customer friendly. They suck!!
