It is disappointing and expensive. I deposited $3,894.00 into his account at BofA. I have documentation. I have copies of the contracts. He has not delivered as he said he would. He won't return or take phone calls. He won't return emails. I have documentation of every email and phone records showing calls placed.
I have contact the Attorney General's office.
Filing a small claims action in San Diego next week.
I paid on 4/18/08. I had to email and call several times just to get the CPN numbers. I IMMEDIATELY notified him that the numbers had no credit associated with them as promised, sent a copy of the credit report and showed him where the credit report indicated that this was not a viable credit profile.
So I have received nothing of value or as promised. I have called several times with voice mail messages. I have written via certified mail today, and written via email (with no response) 12 times since 5/05/08.
I will gladly repost if this gets resolved willingly by Anthony Bracchi or any of his business aliases. I am prepared to sue and I am also familiar with local criminal prosecution.
