I am also a victim of Gibson Trust Inc. I turned to them in November and paid them each month until November when I went ahead and paid my creditors direct. I was advised by counselor Fabiola Bezil to pay direct until they could trace my payments and when I asked for that in writing, was told they could not do that.
Attempts to reach anyone at Gibson for the past month have failed and I imagine my money is gone too. I have asked my creditors to work with me direct and they have refused.
If a class action lawsuit becomes an option, I am there. I turned to Gibson to help me get out of a mess and paid them good money for the favor. Now, I am in more of a mess and my credit ruined. They are the worst of the worst — preying on people who are already in trouble with false promises of resolving the situation.
Stay away from this company — they should be named Gibson Dis-Trust.
