Took $31.98 from bank account!

I requested Financing from Last Chance Paydayloans, without any achievement and got my banking account billed for $31.98 out of this Co. I'd like my money returned since I have never registered for this rippoff support. Their customer support no# 866-886-1277 offered me a termination # of 2439332 to obtain a reimbursement but no use of their site? How do you get my MONEY-BACK??? Plz recommend smb!
